ÔBABA has always been environmental friendly. ÔBABA manufacturing and distribution are respectful of the environmental and social standards. ÔBABA’s target is to produce zero waste.
We work in priority with family-run businesses and our products are distributed in independent stores, mainly located in the city centres.

OBJECTIF ZÉRO DÉCHETS

ZERO WASTE TARGET

Reduce, recycle and reuse are the keywords to better preserve our planet.

REDUCE : Our weaver and dyer are OEKO-TEX® certified. Which guarantees that our beach towels are free of toxic products for human beings and the environment. We are responsible daily in the management of offices, supplies or packaging. We fight against wasting resources and against excess packaging.

REUSE : We create high quality products that last long time. We use high quality cotton for manufacturing and in ÔBABA you will not find any prints or colours that go out of style in just one season. Our collections are timeless, so you can use your ôbaba for many years.

RECYCLING : we organize a private sale once a year to eliminate products with a slight manufacturing defect instead of throwing them away. We are exploring different options to favour new materials such as linen or recycled cotton that we could use for our collections.

By choosing ÔBABA, you choose quality, proximity and creativity. We have to reduce our impact on the planet, let's avoid excessive consumption.

COLLECTES DE DÉCHETS

WASTE COLLECTION ON THE BEACH

Several times a year, the ÔBABA team carries out operations to increase social awareness about the problem of waste in marine environments, and more specifically plastic. ÔBABA organises plastic collections on the beaches of France and Spain.
Let’s make our beaches, our lakes and our rivers cleaner and, therefore, more pleasant.

NOS ACCESSOIRES RECYCLÉS

ÔBABA RECYCLED PRODUCTS

The fabric used to make the ôbabas is woven exclusively for the ÔBABA brand in France. In order not to waste any fabric, we use the remains of fabric to make accessories. We use the large pieces of fabric to manufacture XXL bags and small backpacks. With the smallest pieces, we make bags and hair scrunchies.
