When will you ship my order? Is delivery ?
If you order before 15h Monday to Friday, we will process and ship your order within two business days. You will receive your order within 2 to 5 business days (average delivery time).

I confirmed my order, but have not received a confirmation email, why?
There may be a problem with your email address or your order.
1. Check for any errors in the e-mail in Your Account. If there is an error modify the email address.
2. Check that your order has been registered in "History and Order details."

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
You cannot change or cancel your order after confirmation as it is processed quickly. However, you can contact us to inform us of any problem immediately at:contact@obabaparis.com

Can I return an item that does not convince me?
All items purchased can be returned to ÔBABA. Your items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Be careful not to use the items in any way. Items cannot be used, otherwise we cannot reimburse you.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not exchange items. Simply return your item if you are not satisfied (see how I can return an item).

How much does it cost to return an item?
This depends on the shipping method you chose. It is not possible to reimburse your return shipping costs (except in cases of error on our part). We recommend choosing recorded delivery to make sure we receive the returned product.
For us to reimburse you, you must use the return process (see How can I return an item).

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt of your package to send back the article, for any reason.
Note: Only items that have not been used and in perfect condition will be refunded.

How I can return an item?
To return an item, simply follow these steps:

  • Contact Us
    Contact us by e-mail: contact@obabaparis.com, give us your contact details (name, full address, email address, date of purchase, payment, designation of items returned and the reason for return)
  • Prepare the package
    Place the product in its original packaging along with a copy of emails sent (step 1).
  • Return the Article
    Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our part (more info on ‘How much does it cost to return an item?’).
    Send your package from the post office of your choice and keep proof of shipment. With the routing number shown on this receipt, you can track your returned item.

Can I pay online safely?
EPayment in our online store ÔBABA is absolutely secure. All information you provide at payment is protected and encrypted by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). ÔBABA does not access your bank details whatsoever. They are immediately encrypted and transferred securely and directly to our bank. Payment by Paypal is also absolutely secure.

What is 3D-Secure process?
To guard against possible fraud, 3D-Secure protocols are used, 3D-Secure service ensures that the payment is 100% secure.
3D-Secure handles all requests validated in ÔBABA website, using automated data processing, and may ask you to confirm that you have placed your order (often a secret code received by SMS).
So we can process and send your order as soon as possible, thank you in advance for responding with the requested data. Your order will be sent once this verification has been made.
